10/24/2024 update: We confirmed that our generator is not coming on during a power outage. Therefore, the pressure pumps go offline, resulting in low water pressure. Quality Water Care is working to implement a solution.
Several shareholders on Camwood Place, Horizon Way, and Melissa Street reported low water pressure after this weekend’s power outages. Quality Water Care has been alerted, and Jeff Patt (our Vice President) checked the well site today. He reported that the tank was full and the pressure system had both pumps running with 55 pounds of pressure. He suspects that the generator for the pressure system is not coming on when we lose power. Quality Water Care and Jeff will be investigating and determining next steps on this tomorrow (Monday, 10/21/2024).
